- Your answers will help Council decide what to do next. Your answers will help improve future plans and services.

Getting help

- You can ask someone you trust to help you complete this survey.

- In person, you can ask Library staff or Customer Service staff to help you complete this survey.

- Over the phone, you can call Council Customer Service, and a Community Support Officer will help you complete this survey. Call 1300 763 903.
