The purpose of the Reference Group as an Advisory Committee to Council, is to create an opportunity for stakeholders and the community to be regularly informed, engaged and consulted by Council on the project, and for the members to increase awareness amongst their networks.
The expression of interest was open from 14 December 2022 to 3 February 2023 and Council received 22 submissions, all of a very high calibre.
